You will receive a questionnaire to fill out, that will provide me with all the information I need to understand your current level, what equipment you have at your disposal as well as your goals.
From this I will put together a custom grip training program covering a 4 week training block. You will receive a new one at the start of every month, factoring in your progress and adjusted to keep you progressing.
